The staff at Health Stone is always pleasant and helpful. I got the opportunity to see Dr Khan on short notice, the same day and as always she walked me through the details of what was happening. If I could give a 10 star rating I definitely would!! Thank you and happy holidays.

I was a bit apprehensive bc visually and aesthetically upon arrival its in a somewhat rundown shopping plaza, not so nice part of Hollywood. Immediate impression I also felt like I had entered one of these senior clinics that I'm not a fan of. Like the Cano, Leon, Sanita's, those type of chain clinics /human factories. So I admit i was being judgemental as soon as I arrived but I always am of any medical facility. I'm not ready at my age to be a part of that senior chain clinic crowd, sorry. Inside the office , it is clean and seems newly remodeled office space. Staff was nice and friendly even though they were pretty busy. APRN Khan was pleasant, more importantly I felt she was listening and hearing me. As most of us know that is the most important thing and the whole point of seeing a medical professional. I arrived early so i waited around 10/15 mins then I was taken in on time. My whole visit was about an hour or so and the whole time I was being worked on, or being seen by provider once taken in. Not just sitting waiting. I was actually pleasantly surprised that it was a good experience and will be returning, and I guess I found a PCP for myself. I'm quite picky. My only gripe and and a star taken off bc they charge a 'LAB CONVENIENCE FEE' of $20, for EVERYONE it seems. If you're in the business, you know this is a greedy, made-up BS FEE. I didn't like that at all bc its a made-up scam, totally legal, but still a made-up thing. For the amount of patients and providers they have they shouldn't be doing that. However, this is the greed of the owner, not the staff or even hired providers and I'm sure he makes a nice bump in his bank account for the BS FEE.

Norah Khan is about the patient wellness. She represents what healthcare should be like. I feel she cares about my health, she listens and asks very good questions and many thought provoking, she gives education and guidance. I feel blessed to have her taking care of my health.
